4. User Responsibilities

- Not share login credentials or access with unauthorized persons

- Collaboration Tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for shared documents

- Payment Processing: Stripe for secure payment transactions
- Communication: Email services, messaging platforms for student-tutor interaction
International Tutor Network
Our tutors are independent contractors located worldwide:
- Tutors are not employees of Bespoke Learning
- Each tutor operates as an independent educational consultant
- We facilitate connections between students and qualified tutors
- Quality standards and background checks are maintained for all network tutors
- Tutors may be located in different jurisdictions with varying regulations
Session Scheduling
- Sessions are scheduled through our online booking system
- All times are displayed in your local timezone
- Confirmation emails will be sent with session details and access links
- Session availability depends on tutor schedules and time zones
Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid full session charges
- 12-hour notice required for rescheduling without penalty
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee
- Tutors may cancel with 24-hour notice; alternative arrangements will be offered
6. Payment Terms
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Sessions must be prepaid before service delivery
- Package deals and bulk sessions may be available at discounted rates
- Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments
Pricing and Billing
- Current pricing is available on our website and may vary by service type
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- Invoices and receipts are provided electronically
- Taxes may apply based on your location and applicable laws
Refund Policy
- Refunds for cancelled sessions require 24-hour notice
- Unused session credits may be transferred or refunded within 12 months
- Refunds for service dissatisfaction will be evaluated case-by-case
- Processing time for refunds is 5-10 business days

- Academic Support Subscription Offer: 50% discount on monthly subscription plans available until September 30, 2025
- Promotional pricing applies to: Starter (from $99 USD/$119 CAD), Weekly (from $199 USD/$249 CAD), and Comprehensive (from $299 USD/$499 CAD) plans
- Regular pricing effective October 1, 2025: Starter (from $198 USD/$238 CAD), Weekly (from $398 USD/$498 CAD), Comprehensive (from $598 USD/$998 CAD)
- Eligibility: Limited to new subscribers, Grades 6-12 only, requires 9-month commitment
- Terms: Promotional rates locked in for entire 9-month commitment period when enrolled before September 30, 2025
- Modification rights: Bespoke Learning reserves the right to modify or terminate promotional pricing with 30 days' notice
- Non-transferable: Promotional pricing cannot be transferred between students or combined with other offers
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on our website and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of Bespoke Learning and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Educational Materials
- Materials provided during sessions are for the student's personal educational use only
- Sharing, distributing, or reproducing materials without permission is prohibited
- Students may keep notes and materials for personal reference
- Commercial use of any provided materials is strictly forbidden
User-Generated Content
By submitting content (assignments, essays, questions), you grant us a limited license to use this content solely for providing educational services and improving our offerings.
8. AI-Enhanced Learning
Our AI-powered tools are designed to enhance the learning experience:
- AI feedback and recommendations are supplementary to human instruction
- AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified independently
- We continuously improve AI accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection
- Student data used for AI improvement is anonymized and aggregated

- Changes in curriculum or assessment standards
- Personal circumstances and time availability
Academic Integrity Commitment
Bespoke Learning is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity:
- Educational Guidance Only: Our role is to provide educational guidance, support, and instruction. We will not complete assignments, write essays, or do students' work for them.
